Returns Policy

At SeoulSkin, we understand that sometimes products may be defective, may arrive in a less than satisfactory condition, or we may have simply sent you the wrong item. In such instances, we want to make the rectification process as simple and easy as possible for you.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law, which is administered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). This means that you have certain consumer guarantees under the law, including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as advertised.

Timeframes

Damaged products on arrival - 48hrs upon receipt

Defective products - 30 days upon receipt

Change of mind - no longer accepted (thanks Karen!)

Please note that returns outside of these timeframes will not be accepted. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our returns policy, please contact our customer service team.

We offer replacements and refunds in the form of store credits or a refund to the original mode of payment.

Return Instructions:

We understand that sometimes, you may need to return an item.

 

To return an item, please make sure to do the following:

  1. Get in touch with us via support@seoulskin.care

  2. Wait for us to authorize your return request and provide you with return instructions via email.

  3. Pack the item & ship the item back to us within 7 days of our authorization of the return. 

  4. Let us know the tracking number for the return package, and send a photo of the invoice for the shipping fees for verification if applicable.

  5. Once we have received and processed your return parcel, we will send a replacement or refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable requests for return that falls outside the scope Consumer Guarantees as provided for by the ACCC.

Returns & Refunds Terms:

  1. All returns must be sent to our provided return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  2. Returns due to allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions will not be accepted.

  3. We are not responsible for lost items during transit. Please indicate your name, order number, and return authorization number on the parcel.

  4. Coupon discounts and shipping charges (if any) from the original shipment are non-refundable.

  5. We may change our return policies without prior notice.

  6. Any dispute arising in connection with the returns/refunds policy of the company shall be resolved by the company. The decision of the company shall be final and binding on the customer.

  7. If a customer is dissatisfied with the decision of the company, they are invited to pursue the matter further with the relevant Australian Authorities, including the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and/or the relevant consumer affairs office in the state or territory.

  8. Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this returns policy shall limit or exclude any rights that the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable laws.
